This policy describes how we handle information when you use the mobile application Block Smash: Brick Game (“the App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
We do not operate a backend server or cloud database for the App. We do not collect, transmit, or store your gameplay, scores, or profile on infrastructure we control. The game may keep progress, settings, and optional display names only on your device (local storage). The App does not require an account, email, or password. The current version does not show third-party advertising through an advertising SDK and does not use third-party analytics, authentication, or payment services for core gameplay.
The App is provided by Individual Interpreter Aliaksandr Pshanichnik (“we”, “us”). This policy explains our practices regarding information related to the App.
The game runs on your device. We process the following only locally, unless you choose to open an external link:
The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store and uses standard platform APIs. The game UI is delivered using Capacitor, which hosts the game inside a WKWebView on iOS. These components process data according to Apple’s and the open-source project’s documentation; they do not change the fact that we do not operate a backend or database for your gameplay data.
The App does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location for core gameplay. If we ever add optional features that require permission, we will update this policy and request permission only when needed.
The current version of the App does not show third-party advertising through an advertising SDK. If we introduce ads in a future version, we will update this policy and comply with applicable consent and control requirements.
Core gameplay does not include in-app purchases processed by us on our own servers. If you open a link to a donation or payment page (for example an external website), you leave the App and are subject to that provider’s privacy policy and terms. We do not receive your full payment card details from those flows.
The App is the same worldwide. Optional in-app language settings may change the interface language; gameplay and features are not region-locked by us.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on bases such as: performance of a contract (providing the game), legitimate interests (operating and improving the App, ensuring stability), and, where required, consent (for example for optional device features that require permission).
Data stored on your device remains until you clear app data, uninstall the App, or erase local storage. Because we do not hold gameplay data on our servers, there is no separate “account” or cloud copy for us to delete on your behalf—removing the App or clearing its data removes local information from that device.
We do not sell your personal information as “sale” is defined under US state privacy laws.

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not maintain user accounts or a central database of your gameplay, many requests may be limited to what is stored on your device. The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
